Refund Policy

Failed renders

If a render fails after the provider confirms an error, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically. If an unsafe output is blocked before delivery, the reserved credits are also returned. These are credit returns, not new cash payments.

One-time credit packs

You can request a refund of an entirely unused credit pack within 7 days of purchase. A partially used pack may be reviewed for the unused portion. Email support@taihaita.org with the order ID from Billing. Credits already used for a delivered video are not refundable.

What is not refundable

A delivered video that you dislike, a change of mind after credits were used, or a violation of our content rules is not automatically refundable. If a delivered file is corrupted or technically unusable, contact support with the video ID and we will review the credits.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are submitted through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method. Processing and bank posting times depend on the payment method and may take 5–10 business days or longer. Waffo may require additional information to verify the request.
