Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-29
The service
Tai Hai Ta AI is operated by TODO(site): legal entity name at TODO(site): registered business address. It creates short, clearly labeled AI character videos from an uploaded photo and selected scene. The service is not a face-swap tool, voice-cloning service, real recording or factual record of an event.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is compromised, fraudulent, abusive or used in violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Photos, permission and prohibited content
Upload only a photo that you own or have explicit permission to use. The person shown must be 18 or older, must understand that the image will be transformed into a stylized AI character, and must not be a celebrity, public figure or political figure. Never upload a third party’s photo without their authorization or a minor’s image.
You must not use the service to impersonate or deceive, create a face swap, make a real person appear to say or do something they did not, create intimate or sexual content, or infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights. The full list and enforcement process are in our Acceptable Use Policy.
AI-generated output
Outputs are synthetic and may contain visual errors, identity drift, malformed hands, changing props or inaccurate motion. Review the full video before sharing. Keep the visible AI label and state that the video is AI-generated. Never present it as documentary footage or a real performance.
Subject to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and your rights in the input, you may use a completed output for personal and commercial social-media content. Your input may not be used to train our own models. You are responsible for securing rights for any music, voice, character or trademark you add.
Content review, reports and removal
We use automated checks before generation and before delivery. Flagged requests may be blocked or sent for human review. Anyone can report content through our report page. We aim to review qualifying reports within 48 hours and may remove content, block a source photo, restrict features, suspend an account or terminate access.
Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities. Users may appeal a moderation decision through support.
Credits and payments
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless the product says otherwise, and pack credits do not expire while the service is operating. One credit reserves one second of video at the starting rate. The final price is calculated by our server and shown before submission.
Waffo Pancake acts as the merchant of record and processes payment, tax, receipts, refunds, chargebacks and subscription billing. Its terms also apply. Displayed prices must match the Waffo product configured for checkout.
Refunds and failed renders
A confirmed provider failure or rejected unsafe output returns the reserved credits. A successfully delivered clip that you subjectively dislike is not a failed render. Cash refunds are handled under the Refund Policy and through Waffo.
Third-party providers and availability
The service depends on Cloudflare, Waffo, fal.ai, the selected model provider, Google and other disclosed processors. The configured fal.ai endpoint is fal-ai/wan/v2.2-14b/animate/replace. We do not guarantee that a model, scene or feature will remain available, or that a render will finish within a particular time. We may pause generation or checkout for maintenance, safety or capacity reasons.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service, cancel any active renewal and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited content, attempts to bypass safety checks, fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk or serious legal exposure. Used credits may be forfeited where the law permits. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised date. Material changes will be announced in the product. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@taihaita.org. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms.
